Description

The JBK5/6 series machine tool control transformers are the latest transformer series introduced by our company in the mid-1990s from Germany, based on the FJJBK3 series machine tool control transformer. They have further absorbed similar foreign products and optimized the foreign advanced method of connecting terminal structures with skeletons to improve the protection level to IP2LX and prevent accidental circuit touching. Domestic IT cold-pressed terminals are used, and the wiring density can be increased.                                                                                      

The silicon steel sheets of the transformer are connected by hydrogen arc welding, forming a whole that is simple and clear. The bottom plate is formed at one time, and the installation size is more accurate than that of the JBK3 series. High-quality anti-corrosion alloy materials are used to greatly improve the reliability of grounding performance and comprehensively improve product quality. This product conforms to international and national standards such as VDE0550, IEC204-1, IEC439, JB/T9646-1999, GB5226, and has been awarded the "CE" certification of the European Community and the "UL" certification of the United States. It can be interchanged with foreign products.

The JBK5 and 6 series machine tool control transformers are suitable for AC 50~60Hz circuits with input voltages not exceeding 500V and rated output voltages not exceeding 220V. They are used as power sources for controlling electrical equipment and working and signal lights in various industries.
