Description

The resin-insulated dry-type transformer is developed by our company through the introduction of advanced foreign technology, and the independent development of the SC9, SCB9 series, as well as the SC10, SCB10 series with thin insulation and filler. 


As the coil is encapsulated in epoxy resin, it is difficult to ignite, fireproof, explosion-proof, maintenance-free, pollution-free, and has a small size. It can be directly installed in the load center. Meanwhile, the scientific and reasonable design and casting process make the product have smaller partial discharge, low noise, strong heat dissipation capacity. It can operate for a long time under 140% rated load under forced air cooling conditions, and is equipped with an intelligent temperature control device, which has fault alarm, over-temperature alarm, over-temperature trip and black-box function. It is also connected to a computer through an RS485 serial interface, which can be centrally monitored and controlled.


Due to the above characteristics of our dry-type transformers, they are widely used in power transmission and transformation systems, such as hotels, airports, high-rise buildings, commercial centers, residential areas, and other important places, as well as harsh environments such as subways, smelters, ships, and offshore drilling platforms.

Temperature Control System And Air Cooling System

The cross-flow top-blowing air-cooling fan is adopted, which has the characteristics of low noise, high wind pressure, and beautiful appearance, enhancing the overload capacity of the transformer. The temperature control adopts an intelligent temperature control device, which improves the safety and reliability of the transformer operation.
